BAIL PROCESS: Unless they furnish Bail, after a person is arrested on a criminal charge they may be held until trial, the jail or court will set bail according to the bail schedule determined by the Superior Court Judges. Posting Bail requires the defendant to secure the full amount of bail assigned by the court. The Eighth amendment of the Constitution prohibits government from imposing “excessive bail” however these amounts can still be quite large.

We will arrange to cover the financial obligation to the courts so the defendant can return home to their friends and loved ones right away. We will do all of this in the fastest possible time. You will only owe us a small percentage of the full amount which is called the premium (provided the defendant makes all required court appearances). The defendant can be released after this Bail Process. We will walk you through the entire process and even assist in helping the client make their scheduled court dates.
